New refrigeration plant with a total of 11 fresh chambers above 0ºC, of which 4 of them also incorporate a heat maturation system, 2 frozen chambers at -20ºC, 1 freezing tunnel at -28ºC, 5 work rooms at 10/14ºC, and 2 loading docks at 14ºC.

All the chambers have their own compressor, condenser and evaporator individually, managing to divide all the refrigerant gas R134A and R448A from the refrigeration plant into small quantities, in case of breakdown or gas leak, only that particular piece of equipment would be lost, and the rest of the plant will continue to function normally.
